Important meeting between CM, High Court Chief Justice

Raipur:An important meeting between Chief Minister Bhupesh Bagheland Chhattisgarh High Court Chief Justice Arup Kumar Goswami was held at Pahuna Guest House in Raipur on Sunday. The objective of the meeting was said to be the development of facilities in the High Court and its sub-ordinate courts across the state. 

Discussion on other important issues such as effective use of e-courts, progress of e-challan system, presence of doctors in court through video conferencing was held.

Law and Legislative Affairs Department Minister Mohammad Akbar, Registrar General of the High Court Sanjay Jaiswal, Chief Secretary Amitabh Jain, Additional Chief Secretary SubratSahoo and other officials attended the meeting.  

It may be mentioned, judicial system is in the process of transformation as far as effective use of Information Technology is concerned, so that the system is made more convenient and transparent for the people and make the citizens available online Information quickly in the courts of the state.
