I don’t care – be its IG or CM’

Raipur:Department of Home, Chhattisgarh, has transferred seven IPS officers, including Baloda Bazaar SP IndiraKalyan Elisela, and one State Police Service officer. The transfer of Baloda Bazaar SP has become talk of the town after his transfer to the 11 Battalion of Chhattisgarh Force in Janjgir Champa. It was learnt that the transfer of the Baloda Bazaar SP was done because of his alleged stubbornness. 

The SP was heard saying in a viral audio to a Constable that he does not care the IG and the Chief Minister. The Constable had gone to the SP in connection with a notice issued to him asking to vacate the government quarter.

It is to be noted that, constable Brahmanand Dewanganwas allotted a government quarter and he was staying with his family in it. In January 2021, the constable was issued a notice to vacate the quarter. The constable approached the SP several occasions requesting to let him stay in the quarter. The constable had gone against to see the SP and requested him to allow to stay in the quarter.

The constable reportedly urged the SP that the notice regarding the vacation of quarter has become the reason behind quarrel between him and his wife. The SP was heard saying the constable to leave the family. The SP was heard saying to the constable to down the voice. “You can complain against me to the IG, his father and the Chief Minister,” the SP was heard saying this to the Constable in the audio which went viral now

Now as the audio has gone viral, the constable said that he is bound by the rules and regulations and cannot say anything. But the voice in this audio is his. He said thatthe other person is the SP. Constable Dewangan is currently posted at Lahoud Police Academy.
