Raipur. The government has announced an increase in the amount given to the beneficiaries of Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana. The beneficiaries will now receive 7000 instead of 6000 annually.
In fact, during the speech after the launch of the scheme today, Rahul Gandhi had asked Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel to increase the amount, after which this decision has now been taken.
Lok Sabha MP Rahul Gandhi today launched the ambitious ‘Rajiv Gandhi Rural Landless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana’ and ‘Rajiv Yuva Mitan Club Scheme’ of the Chhattisgarh government at the Science College ground in Raipur. He also laid the foundation stone of ‘Sevagram’ and ‘Chhattisgarh Amar Jawan Jyoti’ to be established in Nava Raipur.
Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, all the members of the cabinet including a large number of public representatives and dignitaries were present on the occasion.
