Raipur. Those administered both doses of vaccines can enter the programme venues. Citizens of Raipur are going to witness some cultural activities during the ongoing Navratri festival as the local administration granted permission to Garba, one of the main cultural attractions of the Navratri festival, with certain restrictions. It is to be mentioned, for the first time after two years of ban Garba is going to be organised during the festival. Those who have vaccinated both doses of Covid vaccines will be allowed to enter the Garba venue.
Only 50 per cent of the total capacity or a maximum of 200 people will be allowed in the Garba venue. The programme will go on till 10 pm, entry and exit gates should be separate. Garba venues should be sanitised at least twice a day, thermal screening of participants is mandatory. The participants must wear a mask, sanitise their hands, and follow physical distancing rules. The organisers should maintain a register to keep the record of the people coming to attend Garba, participants should show their certificate of both doses of vaccines. Organisers should ensure decorum is maintained during the programme, and they must inform the local police station regarding the programme.
