Delegation of Sarva Adivasi Samaj pays courtesy call on Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel

Raipur: The delegation
of Sarva Adivasi Samaj under the leadership of Deputy Speaker Manoj Mandavi
paid courtesy call on chief minister Bhupesh Baghel at his residence office
here today.

The delegation told the
chief minister that as per his announcement, the Veer Mela Organizing Committee
has received a state amount of Rs 65 lakh for the development of Devgudi in
Rajarao plateau, the establishment of the statue of Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh
and the construction of the memorial and the development of the Budhadev site.
For this, the delegation expressed its gratitude to chief minister Baghel. It
is worth mentioning that on the occasion of martyrdom day of freedom fighter
Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel announced a grant of
Rs 65 lakhs for various works in the Veer Mela organized at Rajarao plateau of
Gurur development block of Balod district on December 10 last year.

State President of
Sarva Adivasi Samaj Sohan Potai, General Secretary of Veer Mela Organizing Committee
Rajarao Plateau Krishna Kumar Thakur along with other members were present on
this occasion.
