Number of corona patients in the state is decreasing continuously, a total of 254 active patients at present

Raipur: The number of active Covid-19 cases in the state is rapidly decreasing, as the patients
are recovering and the number of new patients found per day is decreasing as
well. At present, the number of corona patients in the state is 254. There is
not a single active patient of Covid-19 in the five districts of the state
including Kabirdham, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Surguja, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, and
Narayanpur. At present, the average positivity rate of the state is 0.1 per cent.

On
October 3, no new case of corona has been reported in 19 districts of the
state. On this day, 15 people were found corona infected, after testing 14
thousand 674 samples across the state. No new case of COVID-19 has been
reported on October 3 in Rajnandgaon, Balod, Bemetara, Kabirdham, Raipur,
Dhamtari, Mahasamund, Gariyaband, Raigarh, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi, Surguja, Koriya,
Surajpur, Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Bastar, Sukma, Kanker, Narayanpur and Bijapur
districts. In each of the districts namely Durg, Mungeli, Jashpur, and Kondagoan
one-one COVID cases were found whereas in Balodabazar-Bhatapara, Bilaspur, Korba, and Janjgir-Champa two-two cases were found and three cases each were found in
Dantewada.
