Night curfew in state capital Raipur from 10 pm to 6 am

Raipur:Night curfew has come into effect in the state capital Raipur in view of rising number of Covid-19 cases in the recent days. The administration has imposed Section 144 in the state capital effective from 10 pm to 6 am. It was learnt that an order regarding the closure of schools, colleges and other educational institutions, anganwadi etc. is likely to be issued soon. 

State government has instructed all the Collectors and SPs regarding the imposition of Section 144 in the state capital. Night curfew is being imposed in the districts recording the positivity rate 4 percent or more.

 

Instructions on Covid…

Prohibition/ban on all non-commercial activities from 10.00 PM to 6.00 AM has been imposed 

Prohibition on all processions, rallies, gatherings, public functions, mass gatherings of social/cultural/religious/sports etc.

Collectors and SPs will hold meetings of all stakeholders, like private doctors, private hospitals, NGOs, media persons etc., regarding Covid control, so that the correct information about the preparedness of the state is published in the news.

Collectors and SPs will hold meetings of Chambers of Commerce, Mall owners, Wholesalers, Gyms, Cinema and Theatre owners, Hotels & Restaurants, Swimming Pools, Auditoriums, Marriage Palaces, Event Management Groups etc. Try limiting these places to one-third capacity, and ban things if the positivity rate rises above 4%.

RTPCR is mandatory at all airports in the state. Vaccinated people will have to show –Ve RTPCR report. This report should not be more than 72 hours from the date of travel. RTPCR test mandatory on arrival of passengers.

Random checking at borders and at all railway stations will be done.

District administration can create micro or mini containment zones as per necessary

To trace/track infected cases.

Activate 24/7 call centre for home isolation cases.

Monitoring of rural areas through Mitanins will be done.

Daily reporting on availability of hospital beds, medicines stock, PSA plants, oxygen etc.

Ensure online real-time data feeding on the availability of beds in all government and private hospitals, as was done during the second wave.

Involve and encourage NGOs and private organizations to help/donate.

Strictly enforce the wearing of masks in all public places, crowds, markets, shops etc.

Prepare challan mandatorily against those not wearing masks.

Government officials should avoid traveling by air or overcrowded trains, unless absolutely unavoidable.
