MLA Shailesh Pandey takes jibe at central government on rising price of LPG
The hike in domestic LPG cylinders price should be taken back immediately, MLA Pandey demanded
Bilaspur:Bilaspur City MLA Shailesh Pandey onMonday said that the people of the country are left at the mercy of the God by BJP-led NDA government. Comparing the BJP rule at Centre with Congress-led United Progressive Alliance (UPA) government, MLA Pandey said that public was happy under the UPA government. Today, the inflation is skyrocketing as fuel price is increasing every passing day. The rate of LPG cylinder was Rs 414 per cylinder when BJP took over the reign. Today, the cost of the LPG cylinder has crossed Rs 1000, thanks to the Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is leaving no stone unturned to put burden on public, said MLA Pandey.
The MLA said that the Congress-led government had taken several proactive measures for people to overcome the problemslike inflation and employment issues. But the Modi government has ended this facilities, forcing lakhs of Indian families to reel under inflation and unemployment crisis.
The Modi government has once again increased the price of domestic gas cylinders. The loot policy of the Modi government has adversely affected the budget of the common man. Inflation-stricken people are remembering the old ‘jumlas’ (fake prmises) of Narendra Modi. MLKA There is no job for youths, business has collapsed, the common man is struggling for livelihood, said MLA Pandey. Everything such as pulses, vegetables, cooking oil and cooking gas has become out of reach for poor. Petroleum products are also touching the sky. Therefore, freight has become manifold expensive, due to which the prices of all goods have increased.
The BJP is selling government companies set up with the hard work and dedication of lakhs of people of the country. Except contribution to inflation, central government has done nothing, Pandey said. “We demand from the central government that the increase in domestic LPG cylinders should be taken back immediately in view of the sufferings of the common man,” concluded MLA Pandey.
