Covid-19 war room started functioning in Chhattisgarh amid Omicron threat
Raipur: Keeping in view the Covid-19 situation in
state and surge in number of Omicron cases, the state government has once again
made the Covid-19 war room active.
As per the instructions of principal secretary (health)
Dr Alok Shukla the Covid-19 war room has started functioning in the Indravati
Bhawan in Nava Raipur.
Health officials informed that the Covid-19
situation across the state will be monitored regularly through the war room.
One can call on 0771-2235091 for any suggestions and guidance. Integrated
Disease Surveillance Programme (IDSP) nodal officer Dr Dharmendra Gahwai has
been appointed as in charge of the Covid-19 war room. All the necessary
instructions has been issued to District CMHOs in compliance with the
guidelines issued by the Union and State government.
