Raipur The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has released its fourth list on Wednesday carrying one name in the form of Harshita Pandey who is contesting from Beltara. Earlier, in the third list, Bhavna Bohra has been fielded from Pandaria candidate. Harshita Pandey, a candidate from Beltara, has previously served as the chairperson of the State Women’s Commission. Meanwhile, Bhavna Bohra is the president of the district panchayat. The BJP had announced 64 candidates in the second list. In the first list, 21 candidates’ names were included. With this, the BJP has now revealed candidates for 87 seats. A total of 44 new faces are being given a chance by the BJP. The announcement of candidates for only 3 seats is pending from the BJP. These include Bemetara, Kasdol, and Ambikapur. Harshita Pandey, who has previously been the chairperson of the Women’s Commission, contested the last assembly elections from Takhatpur but had to face defeat. Bhavna Bohra, the candidate from Pandaria, is the president of the district panchayat and also the organization minister of the state women’s wing. She is said to be close to Raman Singh. Congress has nominated Neelkanth Chandravanshi in Pandaria.
