1.87 crore vaccines administered across the state against Covid-19.

Raipur. One crore 86 lakh 62 thousand 548 vaccines have been administered so far (till September 27) in the state to protect against Covid-19. One crore 35 lakh 44 thousand 403 people of the state have received the first vaccine, and 51 lakh 18 thousand 145 got both the shots. Eighty-three per cent of citizens above 45 years and 57 per cent of citizens in the age group of 18 to 44 years have got the first vaccine. Forty-nine per cent above 45 years and 25 per cent in the age group of 18 to 44 have got both the vaccines.
In the state, three lakh ten thousand 235 health workers, three lakh 18 thousand 131 frontline workers, 57 lakh 42 thousand 238 above 45 years and 71 lakh 73 thousand 799 citizens in the age group of 18 to 44 years got vaccinated first. At the same time, two lakh 60 thousand 391 health workers, two lakh 50 thousand 483 frontline workers, 28 lakh 32 thousand 922 above 45 years and 17 lakh 74 thousand 349 people in the age group of 18 to 44 have been given both the vaccines.
