The girl’s parents work as labourers, and she has a younger brother. When the incident took place, the girl was at home with her mother. The accused entered the house with a weapon, misbehaved with the family members, and then attacked the girl. He even carried kerosene with him to the house and had plans to burn the girl by pouring it on her. Fortunately, the girl managed to escape before he could carry out his plan.
