Bhugol Bar owner caught on charges of supplying brown sugar

The operator of Bhugol Bar in the city was arrested by Chakarbhatha police on the charge of supplying brown sugar ‘MDMA’. Earlier Bar operator’s manager was arrested near Kali Dhaba with 4 grams of ‘MDMA’. 

Chakarbhatha TI Manoj Nayak raided near Kali Dhaba on June 19 night and arrested Bhugol Bar manager Yogesh Dwivedi, son of NileshDwivedi, 23, a resident of Rewa Chorhatta, and seized 4 grams of ‘MDMA’ brown sugar worth Rs 30000. The accused was sent in jail.

After a thorough investigation after the arrest of Dwivedi, police arrested bar operator AnkitAgrawal, a resident of Sakri Ramalive City o September 5. TI Nayak said, Agrawal has been arrested under section 27A of NDPS. In the investigation, it has been found that Agrawalused to get ‘MDMA’ brown sugar from outside and supply it through the manager in the city. On the day of the incident, his mobile location was found near Kali Dhaba.

TI Nayak said, after the manager was caught, technical evidence of his mobile has been collected through cyber experts. In which the names of many buyers of the city have come to the fore. Apart from this, the record of the mobile of accused Ankit Agrawal will be searched after which it will become clear who used to bring ‘MDMA’ and from where it was brought. Apart from this, who else is associated with him in this business will be known.

Earlier the manager of the bar was caught near Dhaba. As the investigation in to the case was on, it was found that the bar operator was behind it, said SSP Parul Mathur.
