RaGa appreciates the Hydro Power Irrigation System installed in Sukma

Raipur: Member of Parliament Rahul Gandhi visited the development exhibition organized at the main venue of Science College today. He appreciated Girdal Para HydroPower Based Pumping Scheme Irrigation Project in Sukma district of Bastar Division. Model of this project has been displayed in the Dome of the Development Exhibition by the Department of Water Resources. This project has provided 24×7 irrigation facility, without any dependence on electricity and other fuels. Hundreds of farmers are being benefited by this project. Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel, Water Resources Minister Ravindra Choubey accompanied Gandhi during the visit.
