Artists from across the country and abroad to stage enthralling dance performances on Saturday

Raipur: On the third day of National Tribal Dance Festival and Rajyotsav 2021 on Saturday, national and international artists would stage colorful and enthralling performances of various genres.

On the occasion, art troupes from countries such as Mali, Swaziland, Sri Lanka, Uganda, and also the teams from various states of the country will perform.

Teams have been given the time slot of 8am to 9am on October 30 for rehearsal at Science College Ground in capital city Raipur. Later from 9am to 1.30pm, Nicobari dance – Andaman-Nicobar, Swang-Rajasthan, Vaswa-Gujarat, Chhau-Jharkhand, Santhali-West Bengal, Kharing Kharg Phechak-Manipur, Gha Hanu-Ladakh, Maku O Nichi-Nagaland, Garasiya-Rajasthan, Oraon-Karma-Chhattisgarh, Harul/Jainta/Stag dance-Uttarakhand will be performed.

Likewise, artists from Mali, Uzbekistan, Swaziland, and Sri Lanka will perform from 2.30pm to 7.30pm. Uganda team and two other first prize-winning teams will perform in front of the guests at the ceremony.
