16 New Paddy Procurement Centers to be opened to expand the facilities for farmers

Raipur:
The state government has started to open 16 new paddy procurement centers for
expansion of the facilities for farmers and to ensure smooth operation of paddy
procurement system in the state.

Food,
Civil Supplies and Consumer Protection Department has been given permission to
start paddy procurement centers in Chandipur and Udanpur of Koylibeda
development block of North Bastar district, Kumhi (Kharra) of Berla development
block of Bemetara district, Jangalpur and Madarali of Nawagarh block of Durg
district, Ranidongri of Charama development block of Kanker district, Barvi of
Bhanupratpur development block, Bagarra of Ramchandrapur block of
Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Khunteri (Mat) and Ruda of Gundardehi block of Balod
district, Jortrai (M) of Dongargarh block of Rajnandgaon district, Salemata of
Bastar block of Bastar district, Chandagaon of development block Narayanpur in
Narayanpur district at, Ratanpur of Khadganwa block of Koriya district, Kopra of
Bararajpur block of Kondagaon district and Tarekela of Pithora block of
Mahasamund district.
