Had BJP taken care of tribals in 15 years’ rule, it would not have been limited to 15, says CM Bhupesh Baghel

Taking a jibe at BJP’s ‘Adivasi Purkhauti Samman Yatra’, Chhattisgarh Chief Bhupesh Baghel on Sunday said that the BJP would not have been limited to 15 seats in 2018 assembly election, had the opposition taken care of the tribals in its 15 years rule.
To remember the tribal heroes and make aware people about their legacy, the BJP is going to take out Purkhauti Samman Yatra from June 9. Reacting to it, the Chief Minister said, BJP did not ask the tribals for 15 years and thus tribal leader Nandkumar Sai joined Congress.
Through the Purkhauti Samman Yatra will be taken out from the birthplace of tribal great heroes Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh, Shaheed Gundadhur, Shaheed Gend Singh to the respective district headquarters. BJP ST Morcha will lead the yatra.
The chief minister expressed the aforesaid views on the sideline of the National Ramayana Festival last night.
The Chief Minister has congratulated for successfully organising the Ramayana Festival in the state. He said that the Ramayana festival was organized in Raigarh for 3 days and on the last day the Indonesian team performed. Maithili Thakur and Kumar Vishwas enthralled the audience.
