Encroachment removed from a government land in Gariyaband

Raipur: The revenue squad has removed an encroachment on government land in the village Loharsi of Gariyaband district. This comes after the villagers raised a complaint before chief minister regarding encroachment on land Khasra 2328, an area of 0.95 hectares in the village, during his ‘Bhent-Mulaqat Abhiyan’ held in Fingeshwar. Chief minister gave instructions to the revenue officials to remove the encroachment.

According to information received from Sub-Divisional Magistrate Rajim Pooja Bansal, as per the order passed on October 20, 2022, by Village Loharsi Patwari Halka No. 38, Revenue Inspector Circle Koundkera Tehsil Court Rajim, the land encroached by Rajkumar Yadav father Lalu Yadav resident of village Loharsi on Khasra No. 2328; area 0.95 hectare for practicing agriculture has been removed by the revenue squad in the presence of village Sarpanch, Panch, Kotwar and villagers. The government land has been handed over to Gram Panchayat Loharsi Sarpanch after the removal of encroachment.
