Raipur: Chief minister Bhupesh Baghel on Friday partook lunch, sitting on the ground, at a tribal household in village Kukdur of Pandariya assembly constituency. Baghel relished the taste of traditional Chhattisgarhiya food served on his plate at the house of Bhagat Ram Pusam. These included ‘Chench Bhaji’, ‘Thethri’, ‘Khurmi’, ‘Farra’, ‘Kudki Kheer’, and hand-grinded tomato chutney.
Forest Minister Mohammad Akbar, Pandariya MLA Mamta Chandrakar, Collector Janmejay Mahobe, and other dignitaries of tribal society also accompanied chief minister for lunch. On his arrival, Pusam’s family gave a warm welcome to the chief minister.
