BJP outlines Tiranga Yatra Plan in Chhattisgarh ahead of Independence Day

Raipur
Chhattisgarh BJP in-charge Nitin Nabin on Saturday led a meeting of the party’s office bearers to outline plans for the upcoming Tiranga Yatra. BJP State General Secretary Sanjay Srivastava stated that the primary focus of the meeting was the preparation for the Independence Day celebrations on August 15.

The Tiranga Yatra will take place from August 11 to 14, alongside the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign. This initiative, which has been conducted in previous years, will once again see various programs in different formats, with the youth wing taking a leading role.

Srivastava further explained that on August 14, an exhibition and procession would be organized. BJP workers are being mobilized to ensure that every house displays the national flag. He also mentioned that the Hareli festival will be celebrated at Chief Minister Vishnudeo Sai’s residence tomorrow and, like last year, at the BJP state office as well.

Highlighting the long-standing tradition, Srivastava noted that for years, BJP workers have been celebrating the unity and integrity of the nation through various programs, including the Har Ghar Tiranga Yatra. These efforts are marked by great enthusiasm, aligning with the sentiments expressed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the 112th edition of his Mann Ki Baat program. The Prime Minister emphasized the nationwide enthusiasm for the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign, where citizens from all walks of life proudly wave the national flag and share selfies with the Tiranga on social media.

Details of the Tiranga Yatra and Associated Programs:

August 12-14: Cleanliness programs around statues and memorials of great personalities.

August 13-15: Garlanding statues and memorials of great personalities and brave sons of Mother India.
